Hello--looking for pros/cons of intelliscripting....
We want to be able to alert the collector of special conditions for accounts located in NY on an account by account basis. One alert for accounts with a state equal to NY. We considered setting up a separate desk for all NY accounts, however, our desks are set up for portfolios by age. So a new desk will mess up our reporting as we like to view the desks as "by age". Columbia Ultimate's best solution was intelliscripting...so looking for anyone that currently utilizes it and any pros/cons you have ran into. Or if anyone has an alternative option without custom developement, I'd be interested in hearing about it.

We do exactly what you are talking about with inteliscripting and find it very useful.
